Department of MBA in Management

The MBA in Management is configured for students who wish to develop the social and management skills needed to advance to levels of leadership in their companies, as well as get a long-term perspective and value organization which will serve them their entire careers.  Students in the program will better their skills in managing people and organisational systems, form their leadership capabilities, and become well versed in team building and employee motive.  The MBA Management program builds knowledge of how business strategy affects organisational interaction with the marketplace and how to structure the workplace to raise organizational growing and productivity.

The MBA Management section course offerings emphasize:

•    An access to classroom instruction that fully engages the student in the learning process
•    Immersion on knowledge and skill sets that are practical and usable
•    An international perspective that accents ethics and long-term sustainable business practices
•    The use of team-based teaching and learning
It is our goal that our MBA Management majors will:
•    Get solid conceptual grounding in management disciplines
•    Educate competencies to become highly effective singly and with others
•    Educate and demonstrate these competencies with hands-on learning, including work on real-world consulting plans and service to the community
•    Get rigorous assessment of their overall acquisitions
•    Go into a fast track to successful and rewarding careers.
