Corporations gradually open for themselves all advantages of investments into the workers. Business schools actively answer to the  demand: annually they improve the programs for the managers, one of which is EMBA.

However corporations do not hasten to pay big sums - they are very cautious with the investments. Etan Hanabari, the assistant of the dean in Columbia Business School confirms: «Almost one year ago the companies were paid not willingly for the education of the employees, now the situation has changed: if the program is worthy, the companies pay for training».
 

Now things are easy: to show the value of programs. As the assistant of the dean says: «In Columbia we are focused on the constant perfection of the program. All our programs are opened enough, we train students to perceive processes globally, considering many components. Also we help students to apply the knowledge and abilities more effectively. Obviously, it also attracts the companies».

Characteristic feature of demand of the companies for today is shift in the direction to specialised programs, which are concentrated on defined spheres. Very often one representative of the company takes part in such programs, and the whole group not. Thus, many companies depart from small trainings, and prefer world famous global programs.

Tim Morris, COO in Oxford Executive Education confirms: «Master Classes, seminars and other short trainings gradually die off. The special programs for managers are put on their places: for example, specialised EMBA. Such tendency testifies that the market is in a mature condition». Many companies investing in short trainings, notice, that for long-term objectives global programs are necessary.

Morris notices, that recently clients have better understood what they want. They are well informed in structure of courses, programs. Thus, EMBA serves any more as a way of reception of additional knowledge, but as messages transfer.

Considering sufficient complexity of such programs, the companies often pay attention to one school and remain dedicated to it for long time. Gradually the school starts to be arranged under the company and improves the program, doing its ideal for certain sphere.
